Weekend Meal-Time Shifts Linked to Higher Cardiovascular Risk in Men
An observational analysis of 104,806 NutriNet-Santé participants found that each additional hour of difference between weekday and weekend meal timing was associated with a 14% higher cardiovascular disease risk and a 21% higher coronary heart disease risk in men. The study found no significant association in women.
